Ready to try something new? Join us on Sunday 8th June as we head to the brand new Psycle studio in Bank for one of their legendary ride classes!
Psycle Ride is a rhythm-based spin class experience that goes beyond the typical workout, emphasizing movement, music, and mindset. It's designed to challenge participants, uplift you through the energy of the room, and help push you to your limits. This is an all girls LGC class which will be totally beginner friendly, with adaptive movements and options for those who regularly do spin classes and want to take things to the next level!

When: Sunday 8th June, 12pm
Where: Psycle, Bank
What: The cost for this event is £16 which includes the entire class, cleated shoe use and access to the Psycle amenities before & after the class, which is £10 less than a standard credit if you booked via the Psycle website for a standard class.
Registration for this event will open on 19th May at 8pm

Can I just turn up to an event on the day?
Unfortunately, not. For all Lonely Girls Club events registration is required, you can never just turn up on the day as all of our venues have a maximum capacity that we need to adhere to. So make sure that you sign up to our newsletter or join our Facebook group for your city so you never miss a beat!
How do I register for events?
Lonely Girls Club events are exclusively for community members. Sign up to the Facebook group or newsletter here to join the community. From there you will be given the password to register for our events, which you find here on our website.
