Birmingham Lonely Girls Club Winter Sober Sip & Paint

Join us for a winter sober paint & sip afternoon filled with laughter, festive nostalgia and creativity.
We’re again teaming up with Sfumato, for a workshop to bring you joy, spark your imagination and invite calm as the year comes to a close. Nestled high above Birmingham’s twinkling skyline, you’ll create your own abstract art piece to take home. A perfect keepsake from a dreamy wintery day in the clouds.

You’ll be gently guided by Amika. A multidisciplinary artist and founder of Sfumato. With a background in visual arts and music, Amika brings her warm, grounded and engaging energy to every workshop. Get ready to hold a paintbrush in one hand and a herbal tea in the other! Surrounded by other women from the community who’ve come to unwind, connect and create. 

Over two relaxing and restorative hours you’ll:
- Explore abstract painting with Amika’s gentle, step-by-step guidance. No previous painting experience needed.
- Sip unlimited herbal teas for our sober paint & sip afternoon
- Soak in the cosy, reflective atmosphere and make meaningful connections
- Leave with your own beautiful, frame ready piece of art

When: Saturday 22nd November, 1-3pm 
Where: Alpha Works, Alpha Tower, Suffolk St Queensway, Birmingham (Note: this event is taking place on the 22nd floor in Alpha Tower which is accessible by a lift) 
What: The cost for this event is £27.85 and includes expert workshop led by Amika from Sfumato, all materials to create your masterpiece, your finished piece to take home and unlimited herbal teas to enjoy throughout.
