- You Are Not Alone
On Tuesday 25th August at 7pm join us for our next You Are Not Alone Workshop with Jess Harrison Director of Therapeutics and co-founder of Counterpoise Wellness, Lonely Girls Club’s official Mental Health Partner.
We spend so much time working on our careers, relationships and to-do lists that we often forget to check in with ourselves.
This interactive, therapist-led workshop is an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with where you're at right now. Together, we'll explore what's helping you thrive, what's quietly draining your energy, and practical ways to support your mental wellbeing moving forward.
Expect a relaxed, down-to-earth session with guided reflection, evidence-based tools, honest conversations and plenty of opportunities to connect with like-minded people. Whether you're feeling a little stuck, navigating change or simply want to invest in yourself, you'll leave with practical strategies you can actually take into everyday life.
No awkward icebreakers. No therapy jargon. Just real conversations about being human.
When: Tuesday 25th August, 7pm
Where: Digital Workshop
Registration opens on August 11th at 8pm via the Lonely Girls Club website.
Workshops will be recorded, so if your plans change or you can no longer make it, you’ll be sent the recording afterwards to watch whenever is convenient.
You will receive the link to join the workshop 48hrs prior to the session, this will be emailed out to you on the email address that you register with at checkout.
Please note: We operate a no-refund policy. Can't make it? Book a space and you'll be sent the recording afterwards!
