We're really excited to again be partnering with Counterpoise to host two wholesome girly retreats in Somerset!
As the winter nights draw in and you're craving a retreat from your routine, your future self will thank you for booking this weekend escape. These will be safe, gentle spaces where you can have fun, and leave feeling supported and grounded.

What to expect?
Picture cosy evenings, gentle movement classes, massages, nourishing food, pool & hot tub time and transformative therapist-led workshops in the heart of the Somerset countryside. This is a slow, grounding getaway to truly unwind, heal and grow.
This is a gentle, safe, relaxing space for you to spend a few days unplugging and relaxing with other like minded girlies.

Where does the trip start and finish? Crewkerne, Somerset, United Kingdom.
What's the most convenient train station to the venue? Crewkerne Station.
What if I'm not coming from London? We will create a group chat of everyone attending prior to the retreat, as we have community members attending from LGC branches around the country we will link everyone up and you can then find others traveling from a similar area to yourself, and if you like, travel together to the retreat, whether by car or train.
How do I get from Crewkerne station to the house? Taxi details will be shared nearer the time- prebook is advised.
Do I have to pay the total ticket price in one go? No, you can use Paypal's Pay Later Payment option to spread the costs into smaller chunks if that works better for you or pay in full if it's easier we're flexible. Please note that Counterpoise and Lonely Girls Club have nothing to do with any payment discrepancies you will have to speak to PayPal directly in regards to failed payments.
Can I arrive on the day if there is a last minute drop-out? No, this is a ticketed retreat only and you will not be allowed to join the retreat without a pre-purchased ticket.
What kind of accommodation is provided on this trip? Shared Twin Single or Trio Single rooms - Shared or limited solo options available depending on your budget. Please note there will be a limited amount of each room type.
How much does it cost? Tickets start at £550 and go up from there depending on the room type that you would prefer.
What is included in the cost? From the moment you arrive in the door, this is an all inclusive retreat! All you will need to organise is your transport. After that all food, drinks, accomodation, activities, spa treatments and more are included.

Are my tickets refundable? Please note that we do not offer refunds or resales outside of our resale process. However, if you're unable to attend please let us know before the 1st October 2025, and we'll be happy to assist with re-selling your ticket (on your behalf) to someone on the waiting list. While we can't guarantee a successful resale, we will do our best to support the process and help you avoid being out of pocket.
