Calling all our fitness girlies, you asked, and we’ve answered!
Join us on Saturday 24th October as we team up with ROWBOTS for their iconic SWITCH ON class!
A 50 minute class, for the ROWBOTS signature #SwitchOn partner workout, encouraging you to let loose and feel free, reducing self-doubt and motivating you to have some fun alongside a group of other fabulous LGC girlies!
The class is open to all fitness levels. The class is designed to challenge you, whatever your level, but always at your own pace. You’re in control of your workout from the weights you choose to how far you push each movement.
The ROWBOTS coaches are there to support you throughout, offering progressions and regressions so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Trainers and comfortable clothing are required.

Where: FRAME Kings Cross
What: The cost for this event is £22.95 and includes the full instructor led fitness class and access to the facilities at the super cool FRAME Kings Cross.
Registration for this event will open on September 21st at 8pm

Can I just turn up to an event on the day?
Unfortunately, not. For all Lonely Girls Club events registration is required, you can never just turn up on the day as all of our venues have a maximum capacity that we need to adhere to. So make sure that you sign up to our newsletter or join our Facebook group for your city so you never miss a beat!
How do I register for events?
Lonely Girls Club events are exclusively for community members. Sign up to the Facebook group or newsletter here to join the community. From there you will be given the password to register for our events, which you find here on our website.
